Liska Architects studied the feasibility of a hotel facility to be located in the Lincoln Square neighborhood of Chicago for a group of investors interested in entering the hospitality industry. The European inspired design complimented the German heritage of the local business and shopping district and provided more than 80 guestrooms and suites for visitors to the neighborhood. Banquet facilities and restaurant were incorporated to provide entertainment for both guests and neighbors along with a rooftop pub where patrons could view the Chicago skyline.
